The Greater Richmond Continuum of Care (GRCoC), our region’s coordinated network of homeless service agencies, provides compassionate care and services for our region’s most vulnerable neighbors, those pushed into homelessness. HomeAgain is a proud partner in the GRCoC.

Individuals and families experiencing homelessness must connect with a designated Access Point such as the Homeless Connection Line or street outreach. Trained staff through these Access Points will work to connect the person to community resources and support systems such as emergency shelters. In the event that options for support are not currently available, unmet needs are recorded in a shared database.
